Social Swim/Tennis/Fitness Membership - $1,500

Dining Membership - $100 annual fee

Memberships are not subject to operating or capital assessments.

Food Spending Minimum

Members can elect one of two food minimum spending plans. Choose from either the bi-monthly plan or the pre-paid annual food minimum spending plan.
